Students
Join an internship track — In Sensei or In Sensei 50h — with a mentor assigned to you.
Mentors
Guide your students, keep a note of every call, and file their reports on time.
Institutions
Recognise open-source work as coursework and place your students with mentors.
Program managers
Run the program: sync Airtable, provision accounts, promote vetted mentors.
How an internship runs
01
Placement
The institution nominates a student; the program assigns a mentor.
02
Contribution
The student joins a contribution team and starts logging hours.
03
Check-ins
Mentor and student meet regularly. Every call is noted on the student’s card.
04
Report
The student files their report form and the institution awards the credit.
